OBSTACLE COURSE 1: PLASTICADE BARRIER & POLICE BARRIER - VALLEJO STREET

OBSTACLE RULES

1. You must go over all plastic barriers.
2. You must go under all blue police barriers.
3. Those who violate course elements must return to the beginning of the obstacle and start over.

OBSTACLE COURSE 2: TIRE STUTTER STEP - FRONT STREET

OBSTACLE RULES

1. Move through the tire portions of the obstacle in "stutter-step" style, touching your foot to the ground inside each consecutive tire.
2. You are not permitted to skip a tire or run on top of the tires.
3. You must go over all yellow traffic barricades.
4. Any rules violation on any of the elements means you must return to the beginning of the obstacle course and start over.

OBSTACLE COURSE 3: JEEP CRAWL & MARINE HURDLES COMBO - LOT A

OBSTACLE RULES

1. Proceed through the "Jeep® Crawl" by crawling under the 2 rows of Jeeps.
2. Get up and over each of the three "Marine Hurdle" rungs.
3. The outside support structures are off limits at all times. Both feet must touch the ground between each rung.
4. Complete part two of the "Marine Hurdles".
5. The outside support structures are off limits at all times. Both feet must touch the ground between each rung.
6. Rules violation means you must return to the beginning of the obstacle course and start over with the "Jeep® Crawl" obstacle.

OBSTACLE COURSE 4: AT&T PARK STAIR CLIMB

OBSTACLE RULES

1. Participants will enter AT&T Park through the Lefty O'Doul gate on the 3rd Street side of the ballpark. They will then climb the stairs all the way up to the View Level. Once on the View Level concourse, Course Monitors will direct each participant into one of two identical routes – the Yellow Route or the Red Route.
2. The Yellow Route passes through the tunnel under Sections 305 and 307 and then participates in four stair ascents in Sections 305-317 of the stands before returning to the View Level concourse.
3. The Red Route continues along the View Level concourse until it reaches Section 320. Participants will pass through the Section 320 tunnel and then participate in four stair ascents in Sections 320-331 of the stands before returning to the View Level concourse.
4. The Yellow and Red Routes then merge on the concourse and all participants will descend the ramp down to the 2nd & King Street gate, where they will exit AT&T Park.
5. Total Stairs: 389 to ascend.

OBSTACLE COURSE 5: PARALLEL BARS & MONKEY BARS COMBO - FISHERMAN'S WHARF SHED A

OBSTACLE RULES

1. Racers must step up on to parallel bars and handwalk to traverse the parallel bars to the other side without touching the ground.
2. If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt, you are required to make another attempt.
3. If your second attempt proves unsuccessful, Race Staff will direct you to the penalty area, where you will be required to complete 12 push-ups before being permitted to continue on with the event.
4. Traverse the monkey bars and get to the other side without touching the ground.
5. No skipping rungs permitted.
6. If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt, you are required to make another attempt.
7. If your second attempt proves unsuccessful, Race Staff will direct you to the penalty area, where you will be required to complete 12 push-ups before being permitted to continue on with the event.
8. Racers must step up on to parallel bars and handwalk to traverse the parallel bars to the other side without touching the ground.
9. If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt, you are required to make another attempt.
10. If your second attempt proves unsuccessful, Race Staff will direct you to the penalty area, where you will be required to complete 12 push-ups before being permitted to continue on with the event.

OBSTACLE COURSE 6: CARGO NET CRAWL & TRAFFIC CONES WITH POLES COMBO - TRIANGLE FIELD

OBSTACLE RULES

1. Racers must crawl under cargo net.
2. Racers must hurdle or straddle the poles without knocking down the poles. If racer knocks a pole down, he or she must return to the start of the obstacle and try again.

OBSTACLE COURSE 7: TAXIS & BUSES TO CHAIN LINK CRAWL TO WALL FINISH - MARINA GREEN

OBSTACLE RULES

1. In the order shown, go up and over the taxis and buses. Go under the chain link and over the wall. Never go around any element of the obstacle course.
2. You are required to face the buses and climb down the cargo nets to descend. Jumping from the bus obstacle or from the top of the wall is not permitted. Doing so will result in immediate disqualification. Please use the infrastructure provided to descend safely.
3. Using the support structures protruding from the walls to assist you in this obstacle is not permitted.
