OBSTACLE COURSE 1: POLICE BARRICADES & PLASTICADE BARRIER COMBO

OBSTACLE RULES

1. You must go over all plastic barricades.
2. You must go under all the blue police barricades.
3. Rules violation means you must return to the beginning of the obstacle and start over.

OBSTACLE COURSE 2: TIRE FIELD & CARGO NET CRAWL COMBO

OBSTACLE RULES

1. Move through the tire portions of the obstacle "stutter-step" style, touching the ground inside of each consecutive tire.
2. Racers must crawl under the cargo nets.
3. You are NOT permitted to skip a tire or run on top of the tires.
4. Repeat sections three and four tire elements and cargo crawl in the same manner as the first two sections.
5. Any rules violation on any of the elements means you must return to the beginning of the obstacle course and start over.

OBSTACLE COURSE 3: JEEP® CRAWL & MARINE HURDLES COMBO

OBSTACLE RULES

1. Proceed through the "Jeep® Crawl" by crawling under the 2 rows of Jeeps.
2. Get up and over each of the three "Marine Hurdle" rungs.
3. The outside support structures are off limits at all times. Both feet must touch the ground between each rung.
4. Complete part two of the "Marine Hurdles".
5. The outside support structures are off limits at all times. Both feet must touch the ground between each rung.
6. Rules violation means you must return to the beginning of the obstacle course and start over with the "Jeep® Crawl" obstacle.

OBSTACLE COURSE 4: PARALLEL BARS & MONKEY BARS COMBO

OBSTACLE RULES

1. Racers must step up on to parallel bars and handwalk to traverse the parallel bars to the other side without touching the ground.
2. If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt, you are required to make another attempt.
3. If your second attempt proves unsuccessful, Race Staff will direct you to the penalty area, where you will be required to complete 12 push-ups before being permitted to continue on with the event.
4. Traverse the monkey bars and get to the other side without touching the ground.
5. No skipping rungs permitted.
6. If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt, you are required to make another attempt.
7. If your second attempt proves unsuccessful, Race Staff will direct you to the penalty area, where you will be required to complete 12 push-ups before being permitted to continue on with the event.
8. Racers must step up on to parallel bars and handwalk to traverse the parallel bars to the other side without touching the ground.
9. If you are unsuccessful in your first attempt, you are required to make another attempt.
10. If your second attempt proves unsuccessful, Race Staff will direct you to the penalty area, where you will be required to complete 12 push-ups before being permitted to continue on with the event.

OBSTACLE COURSE 5: TRAFFIC CONES WITH POLES & PALLET WALLS COMBO

OBSTACLE RULES

1. You are required to go over each of the cones hurdles.
2. You are required to go over each of the pallet stack obstacles.
3. You are not permitted to go around any of the obstacles.
4. You are not permitted to go under the cone hurdles.

OBSTACLE COURSE 7: STAIR CLIMB #2 - CITI FIELD

OBSTACLE RULES

1. Enter JackieRobinson Rotunda
2. Take left staircase to the Field Level
3. Continue along the walkway to Staircase R (Casey Stengel Staircase)
4. Take Staircase R/Casey Stengel Staircase to the Promenade Level
5. There will be two designated routes along the upper deck of the stadium that are equal in distance and number of stairs.
6. Route A will start at section 526 and go to section 520.
7. Route B will start at section 528 and go to section 534.
8. After completing the Promenade Level continue to Ramp A
9. Take Ramp A down to the Plaza Level
10. Continue through the freight area to the Visitor's Clubhouse
11. Go through the Visitor's Clubhouse to the Visitor's Dugout and onto the warning track
12. Run clockwise around the warning track to Section 109/110
13. Climb up the stairs back to the Field Level
14. Turn right and continue along the walkway to Jackie Robinson Rotunda
15. Take the left staircase down to street level
16. Exit Citi Field and continue to Parking Lot F and Obstacle 8.

OBSTACLE COURSE 8: TAXIS & BUSES TO CHAIN LINK CRAWL TO WALL FINISH

OBSTACLE RULES

1. In the order shown, get up and over the taxis, buses, under the chain link and over the wall, but never around any element of the obstacle course.
2. You are required to face the buses and climb down the cargo nets to descend. Absolutely no jumping is permitted from the bus obstacle or the top of the wall. Doing so will result in immediate disqualification from the event. Please use the infrastructure provided to safely climb down.
3. You are not permitted to use the support structures which stick out from the walls to assist you.
