DIRECTIONS

Driving From Queens:

  1. Grand Central Parkway East to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Stay in the right lane as you exit and follow the road as it bends towards the left. Take the first exit towards Citi Field/NY 25 A E (Northern Blvd) and take the first right off of the exit. There is a brown sign pointing to Citi Field with an arrow. Make a right at the traffic light and continue straight on Shea Road to the blinking light. At the blinking light, make a left and continue straight into Gate 8.
  2. Grand Central Parkway West to exit 9E - Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Bear right off of the exit and follow the signs to Citi Field (do not continue on the Whitestone Exp on the left). You will come to a fork in the road, bear left. Shea Road will be in front of you and ballpark parking beyond that. Go straight, cross the street, and come to a stop sign. Make a left at the stop sign to turn onto Shea Road. Continue going straight on Shea Road and make the next right, which will lead you into Gate 8.

Driving From Manhattan:

  1. Robert F. Kennedy Bridge to Grand Central Parkway East to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Stay in the right lane as you exit and follow the road as it bends towards the left. Take the first exit towards Citi Field/NY 25 A E (Northern Blvd) and take the first right off of the exit. There is a brown sign pointing to Citi Field with an arrow. Make a right at the traffic light and continue straight on Shea Road to the blinking light. At the blinking light, make a left and continue straight into Gate 8.
  2. Queens Midtown Tunnel to Long Island Expressway to exit 22A E toward the Van Wyck Expressway. Follow signs for Grand Central Parkway West to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Bear right off of the exit and follow the signs to Citi Field (do not continue on the Whitestone Exp on the left). You will come to a fork in the road, bear left. Shea Road will be in front of you and ballpark parking beyond that. Go straight, cross the street, and come to a stop sign. Make a left at the stop sign to turn onto Shea Road. Continue going straight on Shea Road and make the next right, which will lead you into Gate 8.

Driving From Brooklyn:

  1. Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway East to the Grand Central Parkway East to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Stay in the right lane as you exit and follow the road as it bends towards the left. Take the first exit towards Citi Field/NY 25 A E (Northern Blvd) and take the first right off of the exit. There is a brown sign pointing to Citi Field with an arrow. Make a right at the traffic light and continue straight on Shea Road to the blinking light. At the blinking light, make a left and continue straight into Gate 8.
  2. Take the Eastbound Belt Parkway to the Northbound Van Wyck Expressway via the ramp to Whitestone Bridge. Take exit 10 on the left to merge onto Grand Central Parkway West to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern
    Blvd)/Citi Field. Bear right off of the exit and follow the signs to Citi Field (do not continue on the Whitestone Exp on the left). You will come to a fork in the road, bear left. Shea Road will be in front of you and ballpark parking beyond that. Go straight, cross the street, and come to a stop sign. Make a left at the stop sign to turn onto Shea Road. Continue going straight on Shea Road and make the next right, which will lead you into Gate 8.

Driving From the Bronx:

  1. Take the Cross Bronx Expressway to the Whitestone Bridge. After the bridge take the Whitestone Expressway to exit 13D – Northern Boulevard/Citi Field. Merge straight off the exit ramp and bear right just past the light, following the signs for Citi Field. Continue past World’s Fair Marina and make your first left to go under the Whitestone Expressway. Continue straight through blinking light, Gate 8 at Citi Field will be right in front of you.
  2. Robert F. Kennedy Bridge Grand Central Parkway East to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Stay in the right lane as you exit and follow the road as it bends towards the left. Take the first exit towards Citi Field/NY 25 A E (Northern Blvd) and take the first right off of the exit. Driving From Staten Island:

Take the Staten Island Expressway East to the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. Take this to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway North/East to Grand Central Parkway East to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Stay in the right lane as you exit and follow the road as it bends towards the left. Take the first exit towards Citi Field/NY 25 A E (Northern Blvd) and take the first right off of the exit. There is a brown sign pointing to Citi Field with an arrow. Make a right at the traffic light and continue straight on Shea Road to the blinking light. At the blinking light, make a left and continue straight into Gate 8.

Driving From Long Island:

  1. Take the Westbound Southern State Parkway to the Northbound Cross Island Parkway. Take this to the Whitestone Expressway to exit 13D – Northern Boulevard/Citi Field. Merge straight off the exit ramp and bear right just past the light, following the signs for Citi Field. Continue past World’s Fair Marina and make your first left to go under the Whitestone Expressway. Continue straight through blinking light, Gate 8 at Citi Field will be right in front of you.
  2. Take the Westbound Northern State Parkway toward New York. Take the exit onto I- 495 W and then take exit 22A for Grand Central Parkway West to exit Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Bear right off of the exit and follow the signs to Citi Field (do not continue on the Whitestone Exp on the left). You will come to a fork in the road, bear left. Shea Road will be in front of you and ballpark parking beyond that. Go straight, cross the street, and come to a stop sign. Make a left at the stop sign to turn onto Shea Road. Continue going straight on Shea Road and make the next right, which will lead you into Gate 8.

Driving From Northern New Jersey:

Take the George Washington Bridge to the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) South to the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge. From the RFK Bridge take Grand Central Parkway East to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Stay in the right lane as you exit and follow the road as it bends towards the left. Take the first exit towards Citi Field/NY 25 A E (Northern Blvd) and take the first right off of the exit. There is a brown sign pointing to Citi Field with an arrow. Make a right at the traffic light and continue straight on Shea Road to the blinking light. At the blinking light, make a left and continue straight into Gate 8.

Driving From Southern New Jersey:

  1. Take the Goethals Bridge to the Staten Island Expressway East. Take this to the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. Follow signs to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway North/East. Continue to the Grand Central Parkway East to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Stay in the right lane as you exit and follow the road as it bends towards the left.   2. Take the Bayonne Bridge to 440 South to the Staten Island Exp. East, and then follow the directions above.
  3. Take the Outerbridge Crossing to 440 North to the Staten Island Exp. East, and then follow the directions above.

Directions from Connecticut:
Take I95 to Whitestone Bridge to the Whitestone Expressway to exit 13D – Northern Boulevard/Citi Field. Merge straight off the exit ramp and bear right just past the light, following the signs for Citi Field. Continue past World’s Fair Marina and make your first left to go under the Whitestone Expressway. Continue straight through blinking light, Gate 8 at Citi Field will be right in front of you.

Directions from Westchester:
Take the Hutchinson River Parkway South to the Whitestone Bridge to the Whitestone Expressway to exit 13D – Northern Boulevard/Citi Field. Merge straight off the exit ramp and bear right just past the light, following the signs for Citi Field. Continue past World’s Fair Marina and make your first left to go under the Whitestone Expressway. Continue straight through blinking light, Gate 8 at Citi Field will be right in front of you.

Directions from Rockland:
Take I-87 South (becomes the Major Deegan Expressway in New York City) to the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge, then take Grand Central Parkway East to exit 9E – Whitestone Exp 678/NY 25A E (Northern Blvd)/Citi Field. Stay in the right lane as you exit and follow the road as it bends towards the left. Take the first exit towards Citi Field/NY 25 A E (Northern Blvd) and take the first right off of the exit. There is a brown sign pointing to Citi Field with an arrow. Make a right at the traffic light and continue straight on Shea Road to the blinking light. At the blinking light, make a left and continue straight into Gate 8.

TRAVEL UPDATE
We have just learned that due to ongoing subway construction and improvements, there will be a suspension on the 7 train tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 29th, between Times Square 42nd Street and Queensboro Plaza. Please visit the following link

  • VIA 7TRAIN:
    Services Citi Field at the Mets/Willets Point Station and makes stops in Manhattan at Times Square, 5th Avenue and Grand Central Station.

    Connections to the 7train can be made at the 74th Street-Broadway / Roosevelt Avenue stop in Jackson Heights.
  • VIA Nor WTRAINS:
    Transfer to the 7train at Queensboro Plaza.
